Conditions of cooperation will depend on the total evaluation of your region, which includes:

• Area population (usually, we consider city/region centre with population desirably more then 500,000 people);
• Business activity (the level of infrastructure, trade development, market relationships, number and specific of leading firms in the area);
• Level of internet spread and popularity;
• Existing competitors (number of companies offering competitive services in the forex market or stock exchange);
• Level of start-up preparation (minimum workspace standards: existing office, employees, experienced senior management and availabilities for business meetings.)

According to the meeting criteria, the application can be accepted or denied. If the application was highly evaluated, the company might include the candidate from the area to the region branch.

Types of cooperation:

• profit share (% of the net profit);
  
• pip rebates (% of the spread).
  

PROFIT SHARE.

The profit of trade delegates is 50% of company's net profit. Minimum financial support for the trade delegates can be increased in case of advertisement needs (up to 50% of ads expenses). It usually concerns those trade delegates, who reached a stable and dynamic growth and guarantee a professional growth of its employees. Trade delegates will be supported by technical means in developing the web site, including hosting and domain (third level domain), and also a managerial terminal of the trade platform for clients monitoring.

Approximate plan of expenses for regions (Program-minimum):

* Average expenses for 6 month require sales break-even in average within one year (month profit>=month expense).

Program-minimum includes education courses (lectures), market consultations (consultant-analytic), which contributes in average 8 000 USD for 6 month.  

PIP REBATES.

This type of cooperation will be run consistent with point charge of Trade Points Program - 50% of the spread.

Attention!  Our company takes all the risks associated with the clients' trades. Before you registered, you need to be able to answer the following questions:

1.      How do the forex brokers and IB's earn the profit?
2.      What are the security for clients exist, working through a forex broker.
 
Our company has priorities to build cooperation with experienced brokers firstly (companies or IBs).
 
Important! We offer an opportunity of choice between the % of profit and the % of turnover (points) for every single client. So, our representative can engage the client to his agent's account, which is automatically opened after the registration. In this case, the representative is getting the points for the engaged client. There is no other way.

If you want to change the % of profit type to % of turnover type (points), the commission will be calculated accordingly. Therefore all the losses of the old type will be compensated by the new type until the profit is reached. This opportunity is very convenient for "putting" the risk on our company. In other words point's calculation will be executed independently, taking into consideration the fixed results of % of profit type.

In case of trade delegate's turnover from 1000 lots a month, all the clients in the region can be additionally joined to the trade delegate (all the data will be displayed in managerial terminal and commission will be charged respectively).

Every partner has one account. All of the commission from all of the clients' accounts of different account types and currencies go to the one partner's account in the account currency.

Account activation for regional partners is manually executed. 

Even if the partner's registration procedure is automatically completed, we always preserve the right to cancel partnership program where the account was suspected to perform one or more forbidden activities.
